Dear Red Hills Parents, Students and Families,
It is with great excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you, as the new Principal of Red Hills School. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.
I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than fifteen years as professional Educator and Principal with proven expertise in teaching, curriculum development, administration, career counseling and IIT –JEE / NEET program development at Presidency, Bishop Cotton Girls School , Narayana E-Techno , Ryan International , VIBGYOR & now at Red Hills. To mention, I had developed creative curricula exclusively for integrated courses of 11th, 12th & Pre University College. Also awarded National Education Excellence award by the N.E.H.R.D.O Mumbai & would be honored as the Principal of the year, 2022 at New Delhi.
To excel in a world of constant change and to create an environment that helps a child think out of the box and enhance the learning power, I am committed always exploring new ways to meet the needs of all students & would focus on holistic perspective concerned with the development of every person's intellectual, emotional, social, artistic & creative potentials to lead to transformative approach, promote social-awareness and a sense of responsibility with self-confidence to develop strong critical thinking.
I will work hard to continue the legacy of success established at the Red Hills School by building strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners. We will be meeting with parents & students throughout the year to identify specific goals in the areas of student achievement, school climate, and parent communication.
